• “Guest”, “you”, or “your” refers to the person making the reservation and/or staying at the property.
• “Booking” refers to any reservation made through our website, by phone, email, or through an approved third-party platform.
• “Property” refers to The Tropicana Rooms located in Ozanköy, Northern Cyprus.
• “Stay” refers to the period during which the Guest occupies a room at the Property.

About these terms

By completing a Booking with The Tropicana Rooms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all direct reservations made through our website, email, telephone, or in person.

The English version of these Terms & Conditions is the official and governing version. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

• Correct pricing errors
• Cancel bookings made under obvious pricing mistakes
